SF likes to party. The annual Bay to Breakers race took place Sunday in San Francisco. Bay2Breakers is a 12K (7.46 mile) run starting at the Embarcadaro and ending up at Ocean Beach. The tradition began in 1912, as a way to lift local spirits after the infamous earthquake and fire in 1906. Today thousands upon thousands participate.
Turns out B2B is the biggest party in town. A full-out costume (or nude) parade though the hilly streets of San Francisco and Golden Gate Park. The drinking and the race started at 8 a.m.
