Sex Bomb: Aspen

A surveillance camera photo supplied by Aspen police shows the man identified as James Blanning.This is the guy who planted the Bombs in Aspen.He is now deceased.  Click CNN 4 details.

Despite the lock down, not all the New Years Eve parties in Aspen were cancelled.
