I met this couple on the street. They invited me to a fiesta. I ended up buying milk for their baby at a store that rations sales to Cubanos. Selling to tourist at highly inflated prices...thats AOK.

The World Famous Coppelia, Ice Cream is a national treat in Cub@. This parlor in Vedado on Calle 23, serves up to 30,000 Helados per day. Legend has it that Fidel used to select the daily flavors personally.

Food
The food is not a strong point in Cub@. Pork,rice and beans, or ham and cheese are the standards. I ate 4 of 6 dinners at this neighborhood place.
